COVID Update

As of July 1, 2021, all previous local and Supreme Court orders regarding the COVID-19 pandemic have expired without renewal.  As such, any previous restrictions regarding distancing and masks are no longer in effect.

However, the court, in its discretion may continue to space out seating in the courtroom.

The court still retains the authority to declare a local emergency and impose restrictions should the need arise.

While no longer required, if you desire to wear a face mask or remain distanced from others, you are welcome to do so.

If you are in a high-risk health category or have some other health consideration, please make the court aware and reasonable accommodations will be made for you.
