Public Defender
The Public Defender's Office, led by Circuit Public Defender Joshua Larkey, provides zealous, effective representation to indigent individuals charged in Superior and Juvenile Courts in the Waycross Judicial Circuit.
Please note that an appointment is required before meeting with the Public Defender's Office. There may be a one-time application fee to apply for services. The application process requires certain financial information including paystubs and/or tax returns. While family members are understandably concerned about their loved one's case, the Public Defender's Office cannot legally speak with members of a client's family without the express permission of the client.
